Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  For exchanges and store credit, we honor a 90-day window from receiving your order. This applies to both U.S. Domestic and International orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Please setup your return in a new box or envelope to ensure our provided ground shipping label is shipped appropriately. If you choose to make a return, we will collect a $10 handling fee to help cover the cost of shipping. Any unauthorized returns sent beyond our return policy window of 30 days or that do not meet our return requirements will not be refunded and returned back to you. The same applies for exchanges and store credit returns sent beyond 90 days.

International Returns

Sadly, we are unable generate return shipping labels for international orders. You may ship your return with the postal carrier of your choosing.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh fruit), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Last, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
