All Domestic and International orders for in-stock items will ship within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipping Disclaimer
Please note: We are unable to ship to international P.O. Boxes. Be sure to provide a valid physical mailing address to avoid delivery delays or returned packages. All international shipping information must be entered in English to ensure accurate processing and delivery.
Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Additionally, failure to provide a recipient contact telephone number may result in a delivery delay, items being held at a nearby facility, or items being returned to Hilo Hattie.
